2016–2026: Ten years of connecting food and farming through trusted farm‑data insight. As we mark our 10‑year anniversary, we’re celebrating the customers, farmers, partners and colleagues who believe that when trust, transparency and technology come together, better decisions—and better outcomes—follow. Thank you for being part of the journey.
By the numbers: our first decade at a glance
- 24,000+ farms onboarded to our platform.
- 400+ unique data sources integrated, powering ~1M ingestion and calculation tasks each month.
- 300M+ data points underpinning ~27,500 farm and supply‑chain metrics.
- Historical farm data reaching back to 1949.
- Active in 14 sectors—from dairy, beef and lamb to cereals, fresh produce and more.
- Work delivered across 8 countries on 4 continents.
- 5.3M+ cattle records and 1M+ survey answers processed across programmes.
What we built together
FarmMetrics: the trusted industry platform (since 2015)
FarmMetrics is our flagship platform—a unified hub for farm data that reduces admin for farmers while giving supply‑chain partners transparent, evidence‑based insight. With seamless third‑party integrations, smart benchmarking across years and cohorts, AI‑enabled verification and configurable KPI dashboards, FarmMetrics has become the backbone for scalable data sharing and supply‑chain connectivity—always with farmer permission and control.
Farm Mapping: spatial intelligence for practical action (launched 2024)
Our mapping capability brings field‑level clarity to sustainability and resilience. Auto‑loaded boundaries and intuitive editing keep inputs light; flexible capture spans fields and non‑agricultural areas; and priority data layers (e.g., flood risk) help teams see risks and opportunities where they matter most. Mapping connects directly to industry models to keep insights aligned with the latest science.
Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions: from measurement to momentum (since 2020)
We’ve made credible, low‑friction GHG assessment a reality. Pre‑populated, permissioned data completes large portions of a farm’s assessment; modelling is aligned to trusted in‑house and third‑party methods; benchmarking and scenario planning turn numbers into decisions. Our in‑house models hold ISO 14067 accreditation, with ISO 14064 used for customer‑specific projects where required.
Health & Welfare: evidence farmers and retailers can use (since 2015)
By unifying on‑farm and industry data with vet‑derived metrics, we help identify risk earlier, benchmark performance fairly, and support targeted improvement across fertility, mobility, antibiotic use and more. Where farms grant permission, results can feed industry databases to streamline compliance and reporting.
Impact across the supply chain
The people behind the progress
Our impact is powered by a team that blends agricultural expertise with product, analytics and delivery excellence. Over the coming days we’ll spotlight colleagues—from sustainability consultants and veterinary leaders to analytics innovators and our CTO—whose work embodies our values and momentum across the UK, New Zealand and Australia.
Looking ahead: the next ten years
From AI‑enabled analytics and automation that reduce duplication, to clearer measurement and simpler compliance, our focus is practical tools that drive continuous improvement—while keeping farmer trust, security, transparency and control at the centre. That’s how we’ll continue strengthening reputations and resilience across food and farming.
