Follow-Up Contact
To maintain momentum and monitor progress, three follow-up meetings (online or phone) are scheduled throughout the year to coincide with the AHDB proof runs. These sessions will include:
- Review of predicted versus actual milk yield by lactation, helping to track performance and refine predictions.
- Analysis of genomic results to ensure breeding decisions are informed by the latest genetic information.
- Provision of bull selection advice and a bespoke sire list, with checks for average inbreeding to maintain herd health and diversity.
