Rich is a vet, turned entrepreneur, with over 25 years’ professional experience in farming focusing on animal welfare, health and production as well as the environment and agriculture’s influence on it.

Andrew has deep experience in agricultural software development, livestock recording, and data standards in New Zealand and internationally.

Rob has worked for Map of Ag since 2014, having graduated from Newcastle University with a 1st class honours degree in Agribusiness Management.

Emily joined Map of Ag in May 2019 as a Financial Controller before stepping up the role of Head of Group Finance & HR.

Over the last 15 years he has worked with Government departments and private sector clients to review, analyse and develop strategies to address environmental impacts in farming systems.

Caroline Hope is a sustainability consultant at Map of Ag, although based in the UK she is from a sheep and beef farming background in North Canterbury, New Zealand.

Julia qualified at the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Science in 2000 and worked in mixed, mainly farm animal practice in the North of England for 13 years before joining Map of Ag.

James qualified from vet school in 1993, he has 28 years of technical experience.

Graham Baird qualified from the Royal (Dick) Vet in Edinburgh before spending four years in mixed veterinary practice in northeast Fife.

Jude spent ten years in farm animal practice before completing a PhD and working for a pharmaceutical company and then joining our team of Veterinary Consultants at Map of Ag last year.

Richard Cooper qualified as a vet from Bristol in 2002, subsequently working in Devon and New Zealand.

James qualified as a veterinary surgeon from the University of Bristol in 1998 and after a period in mixed practice returned to Bristol in 2001 to take up a residency in Farm Animal Medicine.

Scott has over 25 years of sales & marketing experience in commercial agribusiness with an applied technology focus.

 Specialising in leveraging technology, Anna collaborates closely with customers to optimise operations

Joe has advanced his journey through the dairy supply chain since joining Map of Ag in 2022 as a Senior Customer Account Manager.

Josh joined Map of Ag as Senior Customer Account Manager in August 2022 after four years working for the Co-op as both Agriculture Manager and Buyer.

Megan graduated from Harper Adams University in 2016 with a degree in Business Management with Marketing.

Helen leads the team responsible for the delivery of Map of Ag’s industry leading projects for clients.

Philip’s background is in sustainable energy engineering, his PhD research focused on developing machine-learning models for predicting energy and water consumption on dairy farms in Ireland.

Wade joined Map of Ag in 2019 as the lead for IT Projects and Delivery and has 20 years’ experience working as a Project Manager and Delivery Lead.

Daniel has spent more than a decade working the agriculture industry designing and developing solutions for a wide range of clients; since he graduated from Waikato University with a Bachelor of Science, Majoring in Computer Science in 2009.

Matt joined the team in May 2023, as Product Manager for Pure Farming, Map of Ag’s agricultural-data exchange platform.
