Rich is a vet, turned entrepreneur, with over 25 years’ professional experience in farming focusing on animal welfare, health and production as well as the environment and agriculture’s influence on it.

Andrew has deep experience in agricultural software development, livestock recording, and data standards in New Zealand and internationally.

Rob oversees Map of Ag’s product team, working with the commercial and technical teams to ensure the delivery of core products and functionality to meet the needs of customers.

Emily is passionate about providing strategic financial focus and support to Map of Ag throughout its growth stage, seeing the importance a finance team can have on driving a company forward

Over the last 15 years he has worked with Government departments and private sector clients to review, analyse and develop strategies to address environmental impacts in farming systems.

Now based in the UK, Caroline has worked with public and private sector clients in New Zealand and Australia, predominately providing climate change and more general sustainability related services.

Jake applies his farm systems and sustainability knowledge to problems facing farmers and agri-food businesses alike.

Having experienced agriculture’s immense influence over the environment and human health first hand, Ben believes farming is the most important sector in the world.

Ben supports industries and their supply chains to understand and improve their sustainability through the implementation of innovative, data-driven strategies.

With on-farm experience, a background in consultancy, and involvement in agricultural research, Kate brings an understanding of farming and on-farm sustainability.

Julia’s role involves provision of technical advice relating to dairy herd health, welfare, nutrition and management to the dairy industry including processors, retailers and their producers. 

James works for Map of Ag across both the business development team, working to understand industry needs, as well as the technical team, supporting and advising clients with the delivery of data and consulting projects to help meet their aims.

Graham Baird qualified from the Royal (Dick) Vet in Edinburgh before spending four years in mixed veterinary practice in northeast Fife.

Jude is experienced in all areas of herd health and supports farmers and vets with responsible medicine usage as well as focusing on disease prevention and husbandry.

Richard provides nutritional consultancy on behalf of Map of Ag to dairy and beef farmers, and veterinary consultancy to processors and retailers in the agrifood supply chain.

James qualified from Bristol veterinary school in 1998. James is an RCVS Recognized Specialist in Cattle Health and Production and holds a PhD for studies into mastitis in dairy cows.

Joe has advanced his journey through the dairy supply chain since joining Map of Ag in 2022 as a Senior Customer Account Manager.

As our Senior Consultant across Oceania, Michael has extensive experience within the Agri sector.

Megan graduated from Harper Adams University in 2016 with a degree in Business Management with Marketing.

Helen leads the team responsible for the delivery of Map of Ag’s industry leading projects for clients.

Philip’s background is in sustainable energy engineering, his PhD research focused on developing machine-learning models for predicting energy and water consumption on dairy farms in Ireland.

Wade joined Map of Ag in 2019 as the lead for IT Projects and Delivery and has 20 years’ experience working as a Project Manager and Delivery Lead.

Daniel has spent more than a decade working the agriculture industry designing and developing solutions for a wide range of clients; since he graduated from Waikato University with a Bachelor of Science, Majoring in Computer Science in 2009.

Part of the team since 2009, Richard has spent the past 15 years working with agricultural clients including farmers to deliver innovative agri-data applications to support engagement.
